MASHED MAPLE SWEET POTATOES
3 cans (15 oz. each) Princella® or Sugary Sam® Cut Sweet Potatoes, drained
4 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. maple syrup
1/4 cup half & half
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350º F.
In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients; blend with an electric mixer or in a food processor.
Transfer mixture to a greased 9" x 9" casserole dish; smooth the surface.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
